Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using LuxLink. It applies to every account, profile, message, upload, listing, and payment on the platform, and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By using LuxLink you agree to follow it.

1. Age requirement. LuxLink is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. You may not use the platform, appear in any content, or transact if you are under 18, and you may not depict, describe, or target minors in any way.

2. Non-explicit platform. LuxLink does not permit pornographic or sexually explicit imagery or video. Content must comply with the standards described at sign-up and during content upload. Content that crosses these limits will be removed and may lead to suspension.

3. Zero tolerance for illegal content. The following are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities: any sexual content involving minors (real, simulated, or AI-generated); human trafficking, exploitation, or non-consensual sexual services; and any other content or activity that is illegal under applicable law.

4. Consent and privacy of others. Only post content of people who are 18+ and who have consented to it being shared. Non-consensual intimate images ("revenge content"), hidden-camera material, doxxing, or sharing another person's private information (address, phone, financial or identity details) is prohibited.

5. Prohibited content. Do not post, sell, or promote content that is violent or gory; that harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites harm; that promotes hate against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics; that depicts self-harm; or that advertises weapons, illegal drugs, or other unlawful goods and services.

6. Honest identity. Do not impersonate another person, brand, or LuxLink staff, and do not create profiles using someone else's photos or identity. Each person may hold accounts only as permitted by our Terms.

7. Intellectual property. Only upload or sell content you own or are licensed to use. Purchased content unlocks access for the individual buyer only — copying, re-uploading, screen-recording for redistribution, or reselling another creator's content is prohibited.

8. Payments and fair use. Do not use the platform to launder money, process payments for goods or services delivered off-platform to avoid fees, file fraudulent chargebacks, or otherwise abuse the wallet, subscription, referral, or withdrawal systems. Referral rewards earned through fake accounts or self-referral will be reversed.

9. No spam or scams. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing links, pyramid or investment schemes, or repetitive promotional content in chat, profiles, or listings.

10. Platform security. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems, probe or scan for vulnerabilities, scrape data at scale, upload malware, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

11. Reporting violations. If you see content or behaviour that breaks this policy, use the report option available on profiles and content, or contact support. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

12. Enforcement. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, withhold funds linked to fraud, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement. Enforcement decisions are at our discretion and may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users.

13. Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of LuxLink after an update means you accept the revised policy.
