Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to use LuxLink. By registering you confirm your age and accept these terms.

2. Conduct. LuxLink is a non-explicit platform. Illegal, abusive, or explicit content is prohibited and may result in suspension or removal.

3. Subscriptions. Profile visibility and certain features require an active paid subscription billed via Paystack. Subscriptions renew per the selected plan until cancelled.

4. Paid content. Creators set prices for content. Purchases unlock access for the buyer only. Sharing or redistributing purchased content is prohibited.

5. Payments. All payments are processed by Paystack. LuxLink does not store card details. Amounts are verified server-side.

6. Termination. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
